DONATIONS SUPPORT OUR LIFESAVING MISSION
Thank you to our generous supporters and donors, who make it possible for ARF to save the lives of over 1,000 companion animals each and every year. We receive no federal or municipal funding, but rely exclusively on donations, adoption fees and fundraising to support our lifesaving mission.
ARF offers several ways you can make a real difference in the lives of homeless and neglected animals.
Donations to the ARF General Operating Fund go directly to running the shelter on a day to day basis. From feeding our furry friends to veterinary care, medical supplies, building repairs, leashes, litterboxes and everything in between, every dollar makes a real difference.
Animals often arrive at the rescue with extreme injury, trauma, or immediate healthcare or surgical requirements. Without care, these animals would either die or be sentenced to a life of pain and suffering. The Angels for Animals Fund is specifically designed to help cover the emergency veterinary care, surgeries and other resource-intensive therapies needed to heal these animals from the traumas they have endured. This critical fund also helps offset the cost of treatment for animals with long-term conditions, such as heartworm or parvo.
As you’d imagine, we go through a lot of pet and cleaning products, including laundry detergent and bleach, canned cat food, paper towels and other daily supplies. Got a clunker? If you have a car, truck, boat, motorcycle, house trailer, or even a lawn mower that you’re not using or thinking of selling, why not donate it instead? Your charitable donation makes a big difference to the animals of ARF! Plus it’s tax deductible, fast & easy.

If animal welfare is a cause that’s close to your heart, consider leaving a legacy that will help save more lives and make more happily ever afters.
Perhaps the simplest way to honor the memory of a loved one is to request that donations be made to ARF in lieu of flowers. Those whose hearts are with the animals often make a final request for friends and relatives to support our four-legged friends on their behalf.
